I just posted about how my personal retreat went here. A personal retreat is some time away to reflect on what the Lord has for this season of your life. It was a sweet, refreshing time with Him. I feel more focused now and I just got a sense of confirmation about the work that He wants me to do at this time.
I have done that a number of times, and it was always very helpful.
ReplyDeleteI tried posted a comment on your blog, Catherine. But, I'm not sure what happened to it! Anyway, what I said was that I am a big fan of personal retreats. It is especially important for a mom of small children and/or home-schooling moms to have that refreshing, solid, uninetrupted time in the Word. This is great to hear. I love the pictures, too.
